Tortilla Dip  * Big hit in my house *          
 (Don't freeze this)  
1 lb sour cream
1lb cream cheese
1 package of  spicy taco dry mix
1/4 cup salsa sauce or diced up tomatoes
1/4 cup of diced onions
1 green pepper
1/2 cup of grated cheese

Whip together sour cream and cream cheese. Then add spicy taco mix. stir together. Fill evenly onto a cookie sheet. Then sprinkle onions, and green pepper on top and add salsa sauce. Top with grated cheese.
Now enjoy dipping those Tortilla Chips

Quick Meat Stew

2 cups of diced cooked meat ( can be steak, chicken, ham, turkey etc.)
1/2 tsp salt
1 10 oz can of vegetable soup
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 can of water

Brown meat in heated oil, add flour and stir till slightly browned. Add soup, water, and salt & cook until thickened. Cook 1 more minute.
