Sibling Rivalry

I decided to make a sibling rivalry page to let other mom's know that you are not alone.

I often look at my  4 children, 3 girls-16 yrs, 9 yrs, 3 yrs and 1 boy- 16 months.
I am in complete awe of their beauty and so thankful they are mine.
Then someone cries, yells or throws something across the room.
Sometimes I can regain control of the situation, other times I am completely overwhelmed. I try so hard to keep our home structured, loving, fun and respectful. It can be quite a challenge at times because of their age gaps.
I am very blessed to be a mom.
It is the most difficult job I have ever had as well as the most rewarding.
My husband works very long hours, which leaves me feeling lost and alone at times. I know my children love each other. It just doesn't always show.
We do the alone time, the one on one time, craft time, outings, you name it, we've done it.
A lot of times it's been wonderful, other times I'm left feeling hopeless.
I under stand children have fears, frustrations and issues of their own. We work on those too. If you ever feel alone, as I often have, just remember you are not alone.

There are many support groups for parents and play centers for moms and tots. I hope you find them helpful as we have in the past. Good luck on your parenting journey.
